- Applications form can be collected from the office of undersigned and can also be downloaded from www.archives.gov.pk
- All appointment shall be made in accordance with the prevailing Recruitment Rules/Policy of the Federal Government.
- Relaxation in age limit shall be admissible as per existing Government rules.
- Age will be calculated with effect from the closing date of submitting applications.
- Eligibility of candidate(s) will be determined on the basis of academic qualification as given against each post.
- A candidate can apply for more than one post by applying separately for each post.
- Only shortlisted applicants will be called for test/interviews.
- Candidates shall present original documents along with set of attested copies of all the relevant documents at the time of interview.
- Applicants already in Government Service should apply through proper channel & submit NOC alongwith application.
- Centre for the test/interview will be at National Archives of Pakistan, Block-N, Pak.Secretariat, Islamabad.
- Applications submitted by hand or incomplete applications and not on prescribed application form will not be entertained.
- The Department of National Archives of Pakistan reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process in part or whole, increase/decrease the number of vacancies at any stage without assigning any reason thereof.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for the purpose of test/interview.
