- Age relaxation will be granted as per government policy and relevant rules. An upper age relaxation of five years will apply to all candidates as per regulations.
- Candidates currently employed in government departments/institutions must apply through proper channels.
- Selected candidates for positions at serial numbers 1 and 5 must complete a mandatory Basic IT Training Course (including MS Office) conducted by the National Information Technology Board (NITB).
- Age, qualifications, and experience will be calculated as of the closing date of this advertisement.
- The department reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts as required.
- Candidates interested in applying for multiple positions must submit separate application forms for each post.
