Position: Assistant Director (Database Administrator)

Maximum Age: 37 years

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (4 years) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent, recognized and attested by HEC.

Professional Experience:

  • At least 3 years of post-graduation experience in database management with a reputable organization.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle databases (11G, 12C, 19C). Certification in Database Administration (OCP) is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Expertise in Oracle RAC (Real Application Cluster), Data Guard, and Golden Gate.
  • Proficiency in managing large datasets and high-volume transaction environments.
  • Skilled in database migration, upgrades, and backup recovery.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
  • Experience in installation, configuration, and patching of Oracle databases.
  • Capable of writing ad-hoc queries, ensuring database performance, and implementing security measures.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve system issues promptly.
  • Familiarity with monitoring database usage and performing periodic restore processes.
