- No person shall be appointed to the position of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) unless he/she is considered to be meeting the criteria set for the position laid down in the “Insurance Companies (Sound and Prudent Management) Regulations, 2012” issued by SECP.
- The appointment will be for a period of three years.
- Detailed terms to be incorporated in the employment contract.
- Eligibility will be determined and selection finalized as per provisions of Insurance Companies (Sound and Prudent Management) Regulations, 2012, and Public Sector Companies (Appointment of CEO) Guidelines, 2015.
- Only short-listed candidates will be invited for an interview.
- No TA/DA will be admissible to them.
