- The last date of submission of application is 09th January, 2025.
- No application for the post mentioned at Sr. No. 1 & 2 shall be received by hand.
- For the post mentioned at Sr. No. 3 to 10, the candidates are required to send their Applications on prescribed form along with attested copies of testimo nials, Character Certificate, Domicile/PRC, CNIC, NOC (in case of Government servant) and four recent passport size photographs by post or by hand addressed to the “District & Sessions Judge, Malir” on or before the last date for submission of Application Le. 09th January, 2025 till 03.00 pm.
- Candidate(s) applying for more than one post should apply separately for each post.
- The list of eligible and ineligible candidates (Sr. No. 1 & 2) will be uploaded on website of NTS. and also displayed on the Notice Board of this Court for
information and inviting objections if any. - Candidate(s) applying against reserved quota should specify in the application form.
Special reserved Quota shall be observed as per rules/policy, where applicable(Disabled/ Special persons and Minorities).
Candidates with disability are required to submit CNIC having wheelchair logo issued by NADRA and valid Disability Certificate, issued by the Civil Surgeon/Medical Superintendent Civil Hospital. - Government servants should apply through proper channel.
- In case of a Government Servant, who has served in connection with affairs of Federation / Province for a period of not less than three (3) years, the upper age limit shall be thirty (30) years.
- Over age candidates if qualified test/interview and selected for appointment on the basis of experience, qualification and skills, the individual case of successful candidates shall be submitted to the Hon’ble Chief Justice, High Court of Sindh, Karachi for relaxation in their upper age limit and approval.
- For the post mentioned at Sr. No. 1 & 2, the candidates obtain 50% marks in initial test shall be called for skill test and interview.
- The dates of initial written, skill/typing test and result of candidates will be announced by National Testing Service, Pakistan (NTS) on its Official Website.
The list of Successful candidates announced by NTS for the post mentioned at Sr. No. 1 & 2 shall be affixed on Notice Board of District & Sessions Court,
Malir with dates of interview, which will be conducted by Departmental Selection Committee (DSC) of this Court. - List of eligible candidates for the post mentioned at Sr. No. 3. to 10 shall be affixed on Notice Board of District & Sessions Court, Malir for inviting objec tions, if any alongwith schedule of Interview, which will be conducted by the Departmental Selection Committee (DSC) of this Court.
- Only short-listed candidates will be called for Test/Interview.
- All the candidates shall mention their cell/contact numbers and complete postal address for further communication.
- The candidates at the time of interview should bring their original documents
- No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in Test/Interview.
- Number of vacancies may be increased or decreased.
- Decision of the Departmental Selection Committee (DSC) shall be final.
- Incomplete and/or those Applications, arrived after due date, shall not be entertained and will be rejected without assigning any reason.
The offer of appointment shall only be Issued to those successful candidates who are found eligible in all aspects and their documents including educational documents, PRC, domicile and other certificates will be verified from the concerned issuing authorities.
