Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the operations of schools, focusing on K-12, high, middle, and primary schools.
- Support the General Manager (GM) in achieving organizational objectives.
- Oversee school improvement programs and operational efficiency.
- Gradually assume academic leadership functions.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in education management tools like MS Word and Excel.
- Proven experience in mentoring staff and improving school outcomes.
Manager School Development – Gilgit Hunza Region
Location: Gilgit Hunza Region
Role Overview:

- Liaise with regional support units, community representatives, and government officials.
Requirements:
