About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our organization as Manager Finance / Head of Finance. This leadership position requires strategic insight, financial expertise, and a strong commitment to excellence. As the Head of Finance, you will lead and oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all financial operations including budget preparation, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and implement a financial strategy and business plan aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Manage and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to financial and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with senior management to support and drive key financial decisions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax and legal compliance regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- CA Finalist, ACCA, ACA (preferably with articles from Big 4).
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a leadership role within finance.
