Job Opportunity: Unit Head – Fi Sales (AVP to VP)
Location: Karachi

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with foreign correspondent banks and local indenters.
- Identify new clients and explore projects to increase the Guarantees business.
- Monitor, track, and manage Guarantees, IRU, MRPA deals, and long-term recurring revenues.
- Assist in guarantees processing, risk management, legal vetting, and timely delivery.
- Act as the primary contact for resolving queries related to guarantees with local and foreign banks.
- Initiate and maintain RMA arrangements with correspondent banks globally.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum Graduation from any HEC recognized local university.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in General Banking, Trade Operations, and Marketing within banking institutions.
- Age Limit: Up to 55 years as of January 23rd, 2025.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in Correspondent Banking products such as Guarantees, LC Confirmation, and LC Advising.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of improving profitability in trade and guarantees business.
