Job Opportunity: Branch Manager (AVP-1/AVP)
Location: DG Khan (Taunsa Sharif Branch)

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly deposit targets (CASA) and improve customer service standards.
- Ensure branch efficiency by improving QA audit performance.
- Implement and adhere to Bank’s policies and SBP guidelines.
- Lead and manage branch staff performance, conducting regular appraisals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preference to Master’s degree holders).
- Experience: At least 6 years in banking, with 2+ years in a similar role.
- Age: Up to 55 years as of Jan 23, 2025.
