Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and systems across AKES P’s diverse property portfolio.
- Manage budgeting, team leadership, vendor relations, sustainability, and energy management practices.
- Develop strategies and SOPs for property maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulations and sustainability standards.
- Conduct project management, contract negotiations, and collaborate with teams to implement emergency plans and safety protocols.
- Lead a team of supervisors, regional managers, and maintenance staff to ensure quality standards are met.
- Implement regular preventative maintenance inspections and oversee major repairs and maintenance capital projects.
- Manage vendor contracts and ensure the smooth execution of maintenance services.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s in Facility Management or Business Administration preferred).
- At least 7 years of experience in managing a multi-site property portfolio, with substantial senior management experience.
