Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi, invites applications from qualified and dedicated professionals for the post of Controller of Examinations (BPS-20) on a three-year contract (non-extendable).
Position Details
Post Title: Controller of Examinations
Grade: BPS-20
Contract Duration: 03 Years (Non-extendable)
Age Limit: 40-50 years (age relaxation as per government rules)
Required Qualifications & Experience
Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
Option 1:
- Qualification: Ph.D. in any discipline from an HEC-recognized university or institute.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in an HEC-recognized university, degree-awarding institute, or public sector organization.
Option 2:
- Qualification: MS/M.Phil. or equivalent (18 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university or institute.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in an HEC-recognized university, degree-awarding institute, or public sector organization.
Option 3:
- Qualification: MA/M.Sc. or equivalent (16 years of education, at least 2nd Division) from an HEC-recognized university or institute.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in an HEC-recognized university, degree-awarding institute, or public sector organization.
Note: Pay, leave, perks, and privileges are as per Government BS-20 guidelines.
