- Qualification Options:
- Associate Degree in Hospitality & Tourism, or
- Bachelor’s Degree (with specialization in hospitality, tourism, or client handling), or
- Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism
- All qualifications must be from well-reputed and recognized institutes/universities.
- Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient and smooth front-line operations at designated railway stations.
- Manage passenger queries, complaints, and provide updated travel information.
- Coordinate with station teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Work in 8-hour rotational shifts.
