Exciting Career Opportunity in Digital Banking
Position: Head Digital Fintech & Innovation
Grade: SVP-1/SVP | Location: Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digital fintech collaborations, fostering innovation in areas like Payments, Lending, BAAS, PSPs, Agri, Education, Insurance, Gaming, etc.
- Develop tailored digital solutions through Banking As A Service, API Banking, Embedded Finance, Mini-Apps, and Digital Assets.
- Establish and oversee an innovation center, addressing emerging problem statements with cutting-edge solutions.
- Promote digital lending and supply chain financing platforms.
- Create customer-centric products using design-thinking methodologies.
- Drive partnerships with third-party platforms for payments, remittances, billers, and disbursement solutions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, robust documentation, agreements, policies, and risk assessments.
- Develop and lead a high-performing team to achieve strategic goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized university (MBA/MSc preferred).
- Experience: At least 12 years in banking, telecommunications, IT, or fintech, with 2+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Age: Up to 55 years (as of February 6, 2025).
