Minimum Qualification & Experience Required:
- For Assistant Director Posts (BPS-17):
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Social Sciences from a recognized university.
- 3 years of experience, distinctly in the TVET sector.
- For Internal Auditor (BPS-17):
- Master’s Degree (at least Second Division) in Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent, OR Chartered Accountancy (CA), Cost Management Accounting (CMA), or ACCA qualification.
- 3 years of experience, particularly in Internal Auditor and Risk Management functions.
- For Assistant Engineer (BPS-17):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university and registration with Pakistan Engineering Council.
- 3 years of experience, preferably in the TVET sector.
- For Assistant Accounts Officer (BPS-16):
- Bachelor’s Degree (at least Second Division) in Commerce or equivalent, OR Cost Management Accounting (CMA) or ACCA qualification.
- 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
- For Assistant Posts (BPS-16):
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
- Experience in relevant fields.
- For Assistant Computer Operator (BPS-12):
- Bachelor’s Degree and certification in Office Automation/Computer operations.
- For Sub-Engineer (BPS-11):
- Three years’ Diploma of Associate Engineers in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- For Driver (BPS-4):
- Middle certificate and a valid HTV/LTV driving license.
- At least 2 years of driving experience.
- For Dispatch Rider, Chowkidar, Naib Qasid, Sweeper (BPS-1):
- Middle School Certificate or Literate as per post requirement.
