- Processing fee (non-refundable) amounting to Rs.1000 for S# 01 to 07, Rs 500 for S# 08-15 & Rs.100 for S# 16, should be deposited in an online Account titled “DIRECTOR INSTITUTE OF KIDNEY DISEASES PRACTICAL TRAINING ACCOUNT HAYATABAD PESHAWAR” Account at “PLS 00463-00-5” Bank of Khyber HMC Branch Hayatabad Peshawar.
- Fee can be deposited at any Bank of Khyber Branch.
- Application accompanied with Original Bank receipt, complete in all respects, must reach the office of the undersigned within 15 days from the date of this advertisement.
- Incomplete applications and those received after due date shall not be entertained.
- Application along with passport size photograph & attested photocopies of academic/experience documents & CNIC should be sent to the office of the undersigned within 15 days from the date of this advertisement.
- In case of the closure of the official website, the application form may be obtained via email.
- Interviews shall be conducted with the shortlisted candidates only.
- Appointment will be on a contract basis initially for one year, extendable on satisfactory performance.
- In-service employees should apply through proper channel with NOC issued by their competent authority.
- NOC for interviews/test should be obtained by the candidate and attached with the application.
- Candidates holding foreign degrees shall be required to submit equivalency certificate from HEC or PM&DC/PMC as the case may be.
- In case of appointment, the candidates shall produce NOC from their previous employer.
- Candidates applying for posts in BPS 16 and above will be required to submit an affidavit on the standard format to be provided by the department.
- Number of posts can be increased or decreased at any time by the competent authority without prior notice.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the test/interview.
