Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a public sector utility in a challenging environment, with strong change management and communication skills.

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the electricity market, regulatory frameworks, and technical operations of power utilities.
- Strategic Decision Making: Ability to navigate economic, business, and regulatory environments while optimizing business performance.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Educational Requirement: A minimum of a 16-year degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Law, Finance, etc.) from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: At least 15 years of post-qualification relevant experience, including at least 5 years in senior management positions.
- Age Limit: Candidates should be under the age of 57 years.
Additional Requirements:
- Professional Qualifications: Relevant certifications or registrations (e.g., Pakistan Engineering Council, Chartered Accountants, HR Certifications) will be an advantage.
- Sector-Specific Experience: Knowledge of public sector utility companies and the electricity distribution sector is highly desirable.
