- An attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 [Revised November 2017, July 2018 and November 2020] (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest, the same shall be observed while participating in the procurement process.
- The individual consultants shall be hired in accordance with the procedures set out in Para 7.36 of the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations.
- In addition, the whole procurement process will be governed under the World Bank “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 [Revised November 2017, July 2018, November 2020 and September, 2023] which can be perused at the website:https://www.worldbank.org/en/projects- operations/products-and-services/brief/procurement-new-framework#framework.
