- Applicant should fill the form carefully; complete the application by writing personal information, educational Information and experience
- Filled form, along with the attested copies of certificates, testimonials, CNIC and passport size colored photographs, original bank chalan/ DD/PO of paid processing fee must reach the Office of Human Resource Section, University of Health Sciences, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore, by post (in-person applications will not be entertained) on or before 24.04.2024 during working hours.
