Age Limit: Minimum 50 Years
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s degree or higher from a recognized and reputable university OR equivalent professional distinction.
- Minimum 20 years of progressive professional experience, including 05 years in a senior executive/leadership role in academia, public administration, corporate sector, non-profit, or international development.
- Proven record of institutional leadership with expertise in:
- Strategic planning
- Financial management
- Organizational development
- Stakeholder engagement
- Experience in establishing, leading, or transforming large and complex organizations—especially in education, research, or public service—will be a strong advantage.
2. Trust Secretary

Age Limit: Minimum 35 Years
Minimum Qualifications (Any one):
- Member of a recognized body of professional accountants (ICAP, ACCA, etc.) OR
- Member of a recognized body of corporate/chartered secretaries (ICSP, ICSA) OR
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution OR
- Law graduate
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Preference for candidates with similar trust/company/registered entity experience.
- Must comply with “fit and proper criteria” as per Trust Deed.
