Available Positions:
1. Processing Officer – Classified Accounts Reconciliation (OG-II/OG-III)
Reporting To: Wing Head – Portfolio Management and SBP Coordination Wing
Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation from a recognized local or international institution (HEC recognized).
- Preference for candidates with a Master’s degree or relevant professional qualifications.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in banking/financial sector, with at least 6 months in MIS or MS reporting.
- Preference for candidates with experience in data management, dashboard reporting, or business intelligence.
Skills/Expertise Required:
- Excellent database management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong prioritization abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with IT for Core Banking System NPL account generation.
- Prepare and post Debit/Credit vouchers.
- Monitor and report transactions for NPL accounts.
- Develop and manage portfolio-related MIS and generate monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance with SBP Prudential Regulations and internal policies.
- Perform additional assignments as required.
2. Processing Officer – Asset Restructuring Wing (OG-III)
Reporting To: Wing Head – Asset Restructuring Wing
Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation from a recognized local or international institution (HEC recognized).
- Preference for candidates with a Master’s degree or relevant professional qualifications.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of banking experience, preferably in Corporate or Commercial Recovery, Credit Risk Management, or Business.
- Preference for candidates with litigation experience.
Skills/Expertise Required:
- Knowledge of Corporate/Commercial Banking processes.
- Awareness of SBP Prudential Regulations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Windows and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies for remedial management of non-performing loans.
- Prepare proposals for settlements, rehabilitation, restructuring, or rescheduling.
- Conduct financial reviews and assist in credit decision-making.
- Maintain call plans/logs for client interactions and prepare portfolio-related MIS.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Perform additional assignments as required.
