- Preferably served as NCO/JCO/Inspector/Sub-Inspector/ASI or equivalent in Police/Elite Force/FIA/Civil/Military.

- Implement SOPs, manage complaints, coordinate emergency plans
- Maintain liaison with police, ensure discipline among security staff
- Oversee weapons, vehicles, and leave rotation
