- Complete applications along with C.V. (duly filled), with attested copies of testimonials, experience certificates, three latest photographs, Domicile, National Identity Card, Matric, FSc certificate, MBBS DMC + Degree, Postgraduate Degree, valid PMDC registration certificate, experience certificate, copy of qualifications and publications should be submitted to the office of the Deputy Dean, Federal Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore-54600 till 27-03-2025 (01.00 P.M.).
- Incomplete applications will not be entertained in any case.
- Persons already in Government service should route their application through proper channel as applicable, with clearance from the parent department.
- The selection will be made on merit according to Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute, Rules & Regulations.
