Job Opportunity: Manager (Internal Audit) at PMDFC
Position Title: Manager (Internal Audit)
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Organization: Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits and assessments in accordance with International Standards of Auditing (ISA).
- Design and implement internal controls, standard operating procedures, and audit manuals.
- Evaluate financial operations and ensure compliance with international accounting standards (IAS).
- Assist in the preparation of management and statutory audit reports.
- Monitor adherence to the Companies Ordinance 1984 and Securities Exchange Commission regulations.
- Provide strategic advice on corporate governance and internal control issues.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Preferably CA Inter, ACCA, or CIA (Certified Internal Auditor).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in internal auditing.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and familiarity with World Bank procurement procedures (added advantage).
- Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 45 years (relaxable for highly experienced candidates).
