Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor’s or higher) in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
- At least 12 years of post-qualification experience in operations, HR, procurement, administration, organizational development, and change management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of IT industry trends and proficiency in using technology for HR and operational management is a plus.
- Strong understanding of administrative and operational best practices, including the use of technology to optimize processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Maximum age: 50 years as of the application deadline.
