Position Title: Short-Term Consultant – Biomechanics Lab
Organization: Pakistan Sports Board (PSB)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a thorough assessment of current infrastructure, equipment, and human resources for setting up the Biomechanics Lab.
- Design an implementation plan, including lab layout, repairs, and equipment procurement.
- Oversee procurement, installation, and calibration of biomechanics equipment, ensuring international standards compliance.
- Develop and implement SOPs for lab operations.
- Provide technical training to PSB staff on biomechanics tools, techniques, and data analysis.
- Design a sustainable operational model for lab maintenance, budgeting, and staffing.
- Submit progress and final reports with actionable recommendations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: PhD in Biomechanics, Sports Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field (preferred). A Master’s degree in the same fields with exceptional experience will also be considered.
- Experience:
- Experience in setting up and managing Biomechanics Labs.
- Proficiency in advanced sports science tools and technologies.
- Expertise in sports injury prevention and management using biomechanics tools.
- Skills:
- Expertise in biomechanics equipment, motion capture systems, and sports data analysis.
- Proven track record of training and mentoring staff.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
