Qualification, Experience, and Age Limit
Chief Financial Officer
- 16-year degree (MBA Finance, ACA, ACCA, ACMA, or CFA).
- 15 years post-qualification experience.
- Membership in a recognized body of professional accountants.
Chief Technical/Engineering Advisor
- Bachelor’s in Energy/Power Systems/Electrical Engineering.
- 15 years relevant experience, PEC registration required.
Chief Commercial Advisor
- Master’s in Business Administration/Management Sciences (Marketing preferred).
- 15 years experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Chief Supply Chain Management Officer
- Master’s in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operations Management.
- 15 years senior-level experience; certifications preferred.
Chief Human Resource & Career Planning Officer
- Master’s in HR or equivalent.
- Certifications in HR are an added advantage.
Chief Legal Officer
- 16-year degree in Law.
- Licensed advocate of the High Court with corporate law expertise.
Chief Information Technology Officer
- Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
- Proven leadership in IT systems and organizational change.
Company Secretary
- Member of a professional body or Master’s in Business Administration/Commerce.
- 15 years experience with Boards of Directors.
Age Limit: Maximum 55 years for all positions.
Remuneration and Tenure
- Market-competitive salary package.
- Initial contract for 2 years, extendable for 3+ years based on performance.
