Position: Executive Director
RDF is seeking an innovative, high-integrity professional to lead our organization as the Executive Director. Reporting to the Board of Directors through the Chairperson, the Executive Director will play a vital role in shaping RDF’s mission, driving program excellence, ensuring financial sustainability, and fostering growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across RDF’s programs and initiatives.
- Represent RDF at national and international forums, cultivating relationships with stakeholders and partners.
- Lead resource mobilization efforts, including grant writing, fundraising, and financial planning.
- Collaborate with donors, government departments, and key stakeholders to advance RDF’s objectives.
- Develop and execute organizational policies aligned with RDF’s mission and vision.
- Oversee staff management, promoting team development and performance excellence.

Compensation and Job Location
- Competitive salary: Up to PKR 450,000 per month (excluding benefits).
- Location: Hyderabad City, with extensive field engagement.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
- At least 10 years of leadership experience in non-profits, including 3-5 years at the Executive Director or Chief Executive level.
