Position: Senior Manager/Manager – Human Development Services
Location: Lahore

Qualification & Experience
- Master’s/MBA degree in HRM from an HEC-recognized institute (local/international).
- Minimum 10 years of experience at a managerial/senior level in Human Capital Management.
- Expertise in HCM Operations, Data Analytics, and labor/employment laws.
- SAP HCM experience and SHRM/CIPD certifications are a plus.
- Strong understanding of Pakistan’s labor laws, tax regulations, and employee benefit schemes.
- Understanding of Academia will be preferred.
Skills Required
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in HR systems, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively across diverse business units (education/healthcare).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement organization-wide HR strategies and policies.
- Oversee Payroll and Benefits (EOBI, Social Security, Takaful, etc.).
- Manage HR operations across multiple sites.
- Maintain and update employee master data in SAP HCM.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and conduct HR audits.
- Manage digital HR systems (SAP HCM, Fiori/Employee Portal, Performance Management System).
- Prepare and monitor the organization-wide HR budget.
- Address employee queries and standardize KPIs for performance evaluation.
