Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Minimum 16 years of education in Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management Sciences, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a member of a recognized professional accounting body.

Experience:

At least 20 years of verifiable experience, with a minimum of 5 years in C-Level positions.
Proven expertise in leadership, team building, and interpersonal communication.
In-depth knowledge of the power distribution business, regulatory regimes, and industry challenges.
Demonstrated ability to lead the company towards sustainable growth and customer value creation.
Strong familiarity with international best practices in governance, change management, corporate restructuring, and strategic thinking.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Compliant with the Fit and Proper Criteria as per the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023.

Age Limit:

Upper age limit of 60 years on the closing date of the advertisement.

Pay Package:
