Position: RA SME (Grade: OG-III/OG-I)
Location: Karachi, Multan, Islamabad

Job Summary & Responsibilities:
- Strengthen and deepen relationships with existing clients, while developing new business relationships.
- Market and sell relevant banking products, achieving allocated business targets.
- Assist in preparing and processing credit proposals/renewals as per SBP’s regulations.
- Participate in target marketing to maximize business growth.
- Complete all pre/post-sanction and disbursement formalities, including legal document execution.
- Keep track of insurance policies, stock reports, and audited accounts for assigned relationships.
- Ensure timely recovery of installments, mark-ups, and other charges.
- Conduct periodic verification of stocks and business calls to clients.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC recognized University or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of banking experience for OG-II/OG-I. Fresh Graduates may also apply for OG-III/OG-IV positions.
- Age Limit: Not more than 55 years for OG-II/OG-I; Not more than 35 years for OG-III/OG-IV as of the application date.
